The second floor comprises a landing with access to bedroom 3 (4.3mx3.6m). This room is carpeted with built-in wardrobes and a recess for computer desk.
From the landing there is also access to a roof space (5.9mx5.4m) which can be converted to another room if required or used as storage. The roof is insulated.

The house is surrounded by its own land and farm tracks.
To the north there is a tarmac driveway and small grassed area which contains the access to the new Ecoflo drainage system underground tanks. There is also a workshop (7.8mx6.2m) with a full basement and floored roof space. This building could easily be converted to further accommodation with the required permissions. The workshop is linked to the barn by a roofed structure (7.8mx4.5m), open on two sides to enable vehicle drive-through.

To the south there is a tarmac track which, in the past, was used for farmer access but there is now a new road, exclusively for the farmer to use. Here, there is a low level grassed area and a high level garden comprising a grassed area, seating area and flower beds, trees and shrubs. The track runs along the face of the barn and leads to the end of the property’s land. There is a small outbuilding of 6sqm.

To the west of the house there is a stone garage (5.1m x 4.5m). The garage has power, lighting and a floored roof space. Behind the garage is a large field (approx.1,000 sq m) which is grassed. There is an “island” of land which also belongs to the property and is grassed with shrubs.
