We are offering for sale our beautiful split level bungalow, situated in Madranges, within the Monedieres National Park in south west France.

Our bungalow has a large, mostly open plan, lounge/diner and kitchen, along with three double bedrooms, and a bathroom and separate toilet; all on the main floor. There is a wood burner in the lounge, and electric radiators in all the rooms for additional heating if required. The kitchen has been completely modernised, and a new water boiler has been installed. There are two sets of French doors which lead to a huge terrace which extends along the rear of the bungalow and down the side, with views of the garden and wooded countryside beyond. Leading from the kitchen onto the terrace is a partially covered dining area.

In the basement we have a very big pantry/cold room, and a further room with French doors suitable for use as a large double bedroom. There is a spacious bathroom next to this. There is also an extensive workshop, and a further room used for storage. Beyond this is a very long garage, approximately 15 metres in length.

The garden is about a third of an acre, with many trees and pretty shrubs. There is a long driveway down to the garage

We are situated at the end of a small cul de sac, on the edge of Madranges. We have fields and woodland around us and stunning views from all aspects of the property.

This would make a very comfortable family home, or would be great for holidays, being situated in a beautiful area of France, with access to many interesting and historical sites. Madranges is a very pretty village, situated in the Monedieres National Park, approximately 10 km from beautiful Medieval Treignac, and approximately 6 km from the village of Le Lonzac. The A20 motorway is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Historical Tulle is also a 30 minutes drive, and has many interesting and historical features. There are also several good supermarkets close by.
