Yes, we are a property portal business marketing your property on a large number of sites. We advertise your property professionally and can provide you with contacts and assistance that may help in the process of selling or buying a property.
DO YOU CHARGE A COMMISSION FEE?
No, we do not charge any commission. There is a small initial fee to list your property on our site and we then list it on other sites to maximise your exposure. You do not pay us any other fee during or if you are successful with a sale. This can save many thousands of euros enabling you as the seller to reduce your price giving you a much better chance of attracting more buyers.

We have a range of fees that offer flexibility for the seller starting from as little as £59. We also offer an ‘A VENDRE’ board for you to display on your property if you wish. This gives your property even greater exposure.
WHERE DO YOU ADVERTISING MY PROPERTY?
Depending on which advertising package you decide upon we list your property on a large number of high ranking property portals. We market your property for buyers in the UK and France, and offer with our premium package the opportunity for you to advertise your property attracting interest from countries such as America, Australia, Canada, Russia, Germany and Holland to name but a few, as we know that it is very important that as a private seller we maximise your property exposure by using a large number of high ranking websites that attract world wide interest.
If you select our marketing option with Rightmove as part of your advertising we will forward you further details once payment has been received. This is part of Rightmove terms and conditions.
IS THERE A LIMIT WITH THE TEXT AND NUMBER OF PICTURES I CAN ADD TO YOUR WEBSITE?
We have no limit on text detail and various packages provide the option for a different number of pictures. We require pictures sized to 640 x 480 and when adding please upload and save individually by selecting the ‘save’ green button, this makes the adding of details easier as may produce an error message when large numbers are uploaded in one batch. Good detail about your property and local area and services are always helpful for a buyer.
You can also add a link to a website of your property if you have one on Private Property Sellers Ltd. This may not be available on external listing websites.
You are required by French Law to display your energy rating on all property listings therefore we are unable to publish on our site any adverts that do not display this. If your property doesn’t have the diagnostic information we are unable to list your property on French websites or in publications, this may result in limited exposure as we unable to extend your advertising if these details are added at a later date.
HOW DO I LIST MY PROPERTY ON YOUR SITE?
There are two ways you can do this;
1. Through our website, you need to create an account, click on the green button ‘Advertise Property’ on the right hand top corner of the home page, this will then take you to the registration page to create an account, select your advertising package, pay, add your property details, with unlimited text and pictures, your advert will be live once you publish it and as soon as you are happy with it. You are also able to edit your text and pictures anytime within your advertising period. Please note when adding picture we recommend adding and saving each one.
2. Forward your advert details to us at email@example.com and we can create your listing at no extra cost. Again if during its advertising period you wish to make any changes we can do that for you. Your advert is normally live within 24-48 hours of all details being received.
We will then list your property on other portals normally within 48 hours of your advert going live on our site.
HOW DO I RECEIVE ENQUIRIES?
From our website you will receive enquiries direct from any potential buyer. All other enquiries we receive regarding your listing will either be directed to your listing details/contact on our website, or the request for information will be forward to you to make direct contact with the potential buyer.
DO YOU CHECK LEADS?
We have leads checked by us and also by the sites we use to list your property. We always recommend you treat every enquiry with an element of caution.
CAN I CHANGE DETAILS ON MY PROPERTY PROFILE ONCE LIVE?
We will change your lead property picture and price free of charge during your advertising.
If you have created your own advert, you can make changes at anytime during your advertising period. However, as we need to make changes across all the websites we may charge a fee of £10 per hour depending on the amount of information required to be changed, for example if you require all your photos changing we will charge for this, we will not charge for small amendments to the advert text.
HOW CAN YOU HELP SELL MY PROPERTY?

We can put you in contact with a number of professional services in relation to legal services required, translation or even just answer any questions you may have about selling your house and if we can’t do that I’m sure we know somebody who can.
HOW DO I KNOW PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT MY PROPERTY ON THE WEBSITE?
We can provide on request statistics from some of the external portals we use. If you require data for your property on the external sites please contact us direct.
WILL YOU MAKE A YOU-TUBE VIDEO OF MY PROPERTY?
We will where possible create a you-tube video of your property from a selection of the photos you have supplied or added to the website. As not all photos are suitable to use in a video, due to size, quality or content we can not always guarantee a video will be provided..
WHAT DO WE DO IF WE HAVE AN OFFER FROM A BUYER?
We can put you in touch with French Notaires, translation or legal services, and are happy to offer guidance through your sale.
WILL I SELL MY PROPERTY VIA YOUR ADVERTING?
