A 19th c townhouse with a very beautiful and lushly planted private walled garden located in the centre of the medieval town of Saint Yrieix la Perche in the Nouvelle Aquitane.

PLEASE NOTE: we are located opposite a small hospital, but please bear in mind we are in a small  town in France, not a hospital in the UK……… there is no traffic whatsoever after 7pm.   75% of the hospital is given over to residential geriatric care, the remainder is for recuperation from operations carried out in the main local hospital situated 45 minutes away in Limoges.  The rear of the hospital backs onto the medieval quarter with large gardens (which on google maps look like buildings).  There are no sirens, no traffic zooming up and down, and once you enter the house and shut the front door you are transported into a different world.  Our customer reviews attest to the quietness and convenience of being centrally located with  banks,  boulangeries, shops, and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk.  The mayor has also planted two avenues of Magnolia Grandiflora standards 6 years ago, which are growing nicely and look lovely outside our property.
