Welcome to the sale of our beautiful stone built cottage full of traditional caricature, set in a charming, very quiet medieval hamlet (with no through road) within walking distance of the historic village of Crozant and the Sédelle Valley. This popular area is well known for its famous painters, castle ruins, fishing, cycling, walking, clean air and Black Limousine cattle.
You can walk immediately from the house down to the river to enjoy fishing, walk the dog around the circuit, visit the Arboretum or walk into Crozant for a coffee or beer at the small bar.
The property sits in approximately 4000 2m of land. The property has even renovated to a very high standard benefiting from a complete re-wire, re-pluming and new Fosse (sewerage) system with double glazing in oak windows throughout.
