Flights go from Bordeaux or Bergerac airports approx. 45 minutes drive.

A new high-speed train-line now connects Bordeaux to Paris faster than before.

The property itself is close to the river Dordogne with access to local, scenic walks including river bend beach area, and the charming riverside village of Saint-Aulaye is only 10 minute walk, with riverside area, kayaking and a tennis centre.
